No Man of Steel... But a Darker Superman Reboot...

As it turns out, Man of Steel is a no-go, making way for Millar's reboot. Due to the sucess of Nolan's Batman Begins, as well as The Dark Knight, Warner Brother has announced that four new movies are to be released over the next three years.

Batman 3, The first in the Superman Reboot, and two others. Possibilities include Flash, Green Lantern, and Wonder Woman... but we're still guessing one of these will be Green Arrow: Escape from Supermax.
As to where we will go from here... I have no idea. With a complete ReBoot of the Superman Franchise, WB could do anything with the films. The first of the new Superman Series, could possibly deal with Brainiac, as they have said it will be a darker film.
They could always adapt a best-selling mini-series as well... or storyarc, such as Death of Superman... maybe even Kingdom Come.
But don't expect a Batman Vs. Superman film just yet. Warner has said that due to the Reboot, as well as the release of Batman 3... there isn't room for that film yet....

Of course, I heard from a very reliable source that another reasoning behind the Reboot, not only because we are in need of a new Superman film, not only because of the Much considered failure Superman Returns (which In my opinion was a good film), but... because Warner Brothers and DC have finally realized what Marvel has also realized.
Marvel is making several Superhero films to lead up to an Avengers film... and now... DC is doing the same. The Nolan Batman, the new Green Lantern, the new Green Arrow, and the new Superman... will be in a much needed Justice League movie.
But if this film will still be the Justice League: Mortal film that was supposed to be still active... we are unsure of.
What I can tell you is that DC has finally taken the direction Marvel has been recently: Reboots, Team-Ups, Crossovers... now.... Justice Leauge. So... here's to a bright Time to be a Comic Fan.
